Successful lease renegotiation for TIM S.A. at Cu Office

TIM S.A., a leader in Poland’s e-commerce market for electrotechnical products and since 2024 part of the Würth Group, has extended its lease for 1,800 m² of office space at the Cu Office complex in Wrocław. We had the pleasure of supporting the company throughout the lease renegotiation process.
